*For women and the men who appreciate them - The majority of content will be by women, but male contributors are welcome covering topics of interest and concern. To be driven less by editorial control and more focused on member contributions, accurately reflecting the tribal members views and desires.
*To use moderators in a limited fashion to comply with appropriate legislation, but to allow tribal members as much freedom as possible in the content they post to the site.
*To harness the lobbying power of women worldwide in surveys and votes - To demonstrate to governments, businesses and politicians the power of the female vote and purse, to provide a haven for safe, sane debate on all economical and humanitarian issues.
*To be non-discriminatory against anybody, of any race, of any gender, of any sexual orientation, of any country and of any religion or political bias within the bounds of reason.
*With 10% of any profits to be given to women's interest charities.
*To develop local language editions through local, like-minded tribal members using the main site templates but with local supporters and sponsors; with the overall aim of maintaining the ethos and mission on a local level and to further the aims of the Tribe worldwide.
